New Client Process

When we are introduced to new potential clients you can expect a process that is respectful and puts you in complete control. Moving to the next step in the process is always your decision. 

What you can expect:

1.) Initial Meeting Package

You will receive a package prior to the first meeting that includes:

  • Confirmation of date and time
  • Map to the office
  • List of documents needed for meeting

 

2.) First Meeting (75 minutes)

This is an information gathering meeting. There is no obligation. This is where I build an understanding of your situation and explain our service. This meeting also gives us both a chance to ask questions and discuss possible options.

 

3.) Second Meeting (1 to 2 hours)

During this meeting I will present a proposal for what we plan to achieve together and then ensure our service is aligned with your expectations. Clients may choose to open accounts during the second meeting or further review documentation at home before making a decision.

 

4.) Professional Network Meeting

Many clients have tax and legal experts who they trust and work closely with. This meeting includes them, so we can establish an open line of communication and answer any questions they might have.

 

5.) 60 Day Meeting (30 minutes)

During this meeting we will cover how to read statements and reports. Discuss frequency and timing for future review meetings. Client preference for contact. Address any outstanding questions or issues.
